Magnificent location, at a walking distance from Valence Iut. Walking distance to chemist's and supermarkets across the street.

Staff were friendly, the location in a peaceful area was great, with easy access to a supermarket and shops nearby, and Parc Jouvet was just 3 km away.

A fantastic base for one night. Magnificent location at a medium distance from Egc Valence. And not far from shops restaurants as well as a large lake with safe paved footpaths. Superb food for excellent breakfast.

The address given on the documentation was wrong, my navigation system took me many miles out of the way, we ended on top of a mountain! We wasted over three hours trying to find the hotel. The address given was rue-Henri- Abel, the correct address we found out is Doctor- Henri- Abel, all the paperwork should be updated.

our recent stay in valence was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the highlight was the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. exceeded our expectations during our family holiday.
Communication was a challenge. unable to contact or receive responses from staff.
